This Downtown San Diego waterfront project is an 8-acre (5 block) development that will consist of a 17-story tower, office retail and multi-level restaurants, rooftop decks and 3 acres of green space and a public paseo that travels the length of the property. This 1.5-billion-dollar project will be the home for top tier biotech and life science companies in the Columbia district, downtown San Diego.

Savina by Bosa
Structural Concrete
Savina by Bosa embodies innovative design and enduring style located on the San Diego waterfront in downtown San Diego. It is a 36-story high rise with 285 Condo units. CCI performed the onsite/offsite civil and hardscape improvements which included the pool deck and high-end decorative finishes. This project was completed in 2018 and is one after the most sought-after condos in San Diego.

Structural Concrete
The project was initiated in 2020 and CCI completed the $6,000,000 project within a year, well within schedule. The scope was a 9-story office complex consisting of 3 levels below grade (parking) and 6 levels above grade (office space).

Monte Fuego, Rancho Santa Fe, CA
Structural & Decorative Concrete
Monte Fuego was a structural/decorative project that was built in the City of Rancho Santa Fe; a high end conclave. CCI was the licensed contractor for creating and installing the FastTilt walls. The retaining walls were constructed on a horizontal plane, allowing for decorative enhancements. Once cured, the panels are erected into place.
Ivy Senior Apartments
Structural Concrete
This project is a 3 story affordable Senior Housing complex the will provide permanent housing for seniors in our community. The Ivy is a 3 story wood framing with solar panels and a thermal solar system, lobby with parcel lockers and computer stations, community with a full kitchen and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Festival of the Arts is a festival in Laguna Beach, California which is home to local painters, sculptors, photographers and other artist. It is also the home of the Pageant of the Masters. CCI was honored to be part of this master renovation.
